LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a Public Hearing will be held on the 10th day of February, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. in the Trustees' Room in the Village Hall, 32 Ithaca Street, Waverly, New York for the purpose of considering a local law to regulate the use of shipping containers within the Village of Waverly.
